Lowdown is a service from AI Insight Collective, LLC ("Lowdown," "we," "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. This policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors to our website and from customers who purchase Lowdown, and how we handle it.
Your website is yours. When we build and deliver a website to you, you own that website: its code, its hosting, and all data it collects from your visitors. We hand it over to you. We do not collect, host, run, or process your website's visitor data on your behalf; that's yours to run and yours to govern, including your own site's privacy notice. We use your information to provide and improve our service, send the emails and updates you've asked for, process payments through Stripe, respond to support requests, and keep our service secure. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep customer information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just contact us at the address below and we'll take care of it.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and will notify you if a breach legally requires it.
